Wow, I had my first in depth breathwork session today. I had no idea really of what to expect. I never quite know whether I'm doing breathwork correctly, I have done a few online sessions however today it was in person. I learnt that there is no right or wrong way to do these sessions, our body does what it needs. I was just in the moment listening to Britelle's instructions in a safe, comfortable and beautiful environment being guided through this process of which I have never taken part in ever. I had emotions come up and release, I felt energy release through my hands and feet, I saw colours and the experience was wonderful. I felt a deep sense of being present and in the moment and did not care what I was doing as I felt safe in the space of a very knowledgeable coach who instructed, guided and encouraged me the whole way through while feeling safe. I felt very relaxed and now feel renewed and invigorated. I cannot thank you enough Britelle for this experience. I would highly recommend these breathwork sessions.
